Business Analyst for Private Credit

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our fast-growing Private Markets platform team. The team consists of specialists in business analysis, business architecture and project management in Private Markets Operations. The team's focus is on implementing strategic initiatives, replacing and introducing new tools and platforms, and designing new scalable solutions to meet our clients' needs:

• Actively participate in the definition and implementation of the target operating model for our growing Private Credit platform;
• Design, redesign and document key business processes with various stakeholders on business decisions and documentation of results;
• Work closely with IT colleagues to bridge the gap between business and technology;
• Training business users in the introduction of tools, promoting adoption and supporting the entire change management process.

Requirements

• You have a university degree or equivalent in business administration, business informatics, information technology or similar;
• You have 3+ years as a business analyst in a financial services company or with a leading consulting firm in a similar role at the interface between business and IT;
• You enjoy working on your own initiative but also as part of a team with various stakeholders. You have the ability to deliver on time with a high level of integrity and accuracy;
• You have demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills in the past, with the ability to quickly understand business and technical functions and process information;
• They find it satisfying to constructively challenge the status quo and look for new ways to improve processes and results;
• Very good communication and presentation skills in written and oral English, German is a plus.
