Business Analyst (m/f/x)

Tasks

The tasks that await you:

• Analyze and challenge the business needs gathered by the PO and formalize them into requirements (user stories)
• Co-design technical and functional solutions with developers and architects
• Assess the state of completion and prioritize according to business value
• Document and model (UML BPMN) to share a common vision of systems
• Test and validate (functional tests, UAT, production monitoring)
• Contribute to agile ceremonies and project management

Requirements

Votre profil :

• Experience: at least 3 years as a business analyst, ideally in the insurance sector (BA certification = an asset)
• Education: higher education diploma (EPF, HES, HEC, UNI, or equivalent) in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Technical skills: good understanding of IT architectures, front-end development, and APIs
• Methodologies & tools: proficiency in Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), proven experience in Agile (Scrum, Kanban)
• Languages: French C1, English B2 (German = real plus)
