Tasks

• Identify, collect and analyze the needs of the profession
• Coordonner la partie estimation des bénéfices et des coûts métiers
• Participate in the modernization and documentation of work processes
• Contribute to the specification of the epic, features and user stories in order to achieve the value of the métier cible
• Define the processes and detailed documentation in close collaboration with the profession
• Soutenir le Product Owner pour alimenter et hiérarchiser le backlog du produit
• Elaborate the test scenarios and ensure the validation of the latter
• Définir la solution technique (analyses détaillées) qui servira au développeur et au testeur (QA) de la solution
• Suivre les développements et la mise en production des demandes informatiques
• Contribute to the training of employees in the profession during the implementation of new functions

Requirements

• Bonnes connaissances assurantielles et compétences méthodologiques de projet dans un environnement Agile/Scrum
• Experience confirmed as a business analyst and desired in the field of insurance, knowledge in the management of pensions / sinistres un plus
• Parfaite maîtrise du français avec de très bonnes connaissances en allemand (min. niveau C1 prérequis obligatoire), l'anglais en tout
• Aptitudes à travailler en équipe avec un fort esprit analytique
• Être capable de définir une solution technique en collaboration avec les développeurs de la solution
• Proactif et force de propositions
