Job description

Tasks

• Identification, collection and analysis of business requirements
• Coordination of the estimation of business and cost benefits
• Participation in the modernization and documentation of work processes
• Contribution to the specification of epic, features and user stories to achieve business value
• Definition of processes and detailed documentation in cooperation with the specialist departments
• Supporting the product owner in prioritizing the product backlog
• Creation of test scenarios and validation of the same
• Definition of the technical solution (detailed analyses) for developers and testers
• Tracking developments and putting IT requests into production
• Contribution to the training of employees during the introduction of new functions

Requirements

• Good knowledge of the insurance sector and methodical project skills in an agile/Scrum environment
• Confirmed experience as a business analyst, preferably in the insurance sector, knowledge of benefits/claims management an advantage
• Perfect command of French with very good knowledge of German (at least level C1) and English
• Ability to work in a team with a strong analytical mind
• Ability to define a technical solution in collaboration with developers
• Proactive and with a suggestive character
