Vaudoise Assurances is looking for a Business Analyst (h/f/x) for an 80-100% position in Lausanne to act as an interface between business departments and IT teams and assist in analyzing business requirements and specifying solutions. Tasks
- Identification, collection and analysis of business requirements
- Coordination of the estimation of business benefits and costs
- Participation in the modernization and documentation of work processes
- Contribution to the specification of epic, features and user stories to achieve business value
- Definition of processes and detailed documentation in close cooperation with the business
- Supporting the product owner in prioritizing the product backlog
- Creation of test scenarios and validation of solutions
- Definition of technical solutions (detailed analyses) for developers and testers
- Tracking developments and putting IT requirements into production
- Contribution to the training of employees during the introduction of new functions
Requirements
- Good knowledge of the insurance sector and methodical skills in project management in an agile/Scrum environment
- Confirmed experience as a business analyst, preferably in the insurance sector, knowledge of benefits/claims management an advantage
- Perfect command of French with very good knowledge of German (at least level C1), English at a high level
- Ability to work in a team with a strong analytical mind
- Ability to define technical solutions in collaboration with developers
- Proactive and solution-oriented
