Vaudoise Assurances is looking for a Business Analyst (h/f/x) for an 80-100% position in Lausanne to act as an interface between business departments and IT teams and assist in the analysis and implementation of business requirements. Tasks
- Identification, collection and analysis of business requirements
- Coordination of the estimation of business benefits and costs
- Participation in the modernization and documentation of work processes
- Contribution to the specification of epic, features and user stories to achieve business value
- Definition of processes and detailed documentation in collaboration with the business
- Supporting the product owner in prioritizing the product backlog
- Creation of test scenarios and validation of solutions
- Definition of the technical solution (detailed analyses) for developers and testers
- Verfolgung der Entwicklung von Computeranwendungen
- Contribution to the training of employees during the introduction of new functions
Requirements
- Good knowledge of the insurance sector and methodical skills in project management in an agile/Scrum environment
- Bestätigte Erfahrung als Business-Analyst, vorzugsweise im Versicherungsbereich, Kenntnisse im Bereich der Leistungs-/Schadensverwaltung von Vorteil
- Perfekte Beherrschung des Französischen mit sehr guten Kenntnissen in Deutsch (mindestens Niveau C1), Englisch in Ordnung
- Ability to work in a team, with a strong analytical mind
- Ability to define a technical solution in collaboration with developers
- Proaktiv und vorschlagsfreudig
