Business Analyst (h/f/x) 80 - 100 %

Tasks

• Prepare and animate meetings to identify and define needs
• Rédiger les user stories et mener les travaux d'analyse sur les fonctionnalités
• Conseiller les parties prenantes sur les alternatives métier et techniques (internes et/ou externes)
• Traduire les besoins en spécifications techniques, en lien avec le SI et l'architecture
• Collaborer activement avec le Product Owner, Experts Métier et la delivery team
• Accompagner et participer aux sessions de tests fonctionnels et UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

Requirements

• Higher education qualification type EPF, HES, HEC, UNI or another title considered equivalent in computer science / technical field with a computer science component / equivalent professional experience
• 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Entwicklung von digitalen Plattformen (E-Commerce, Kundenbereich, Website, SEO etc.)
• Knowledge of common digital tools and solutions (CMS, HTML, CSS, Analytics, API etc.)
• Erfolgreiche Erfahrung in agiler Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Bereich der Versicherungen mit signifikanter Erfahrung in Integration
• Ideally certified in business analysis and good understanding of global IT architecture and integration issues
• Fließendes Französisch, Englisch (mindestens C1), Deutsch ist ein Plus
