Job description

Tasks

• Accompany the deployment of the Microsoft365 Copilot solution in the company in collaboration with the Product Owner, the technical / legal / data teams
• Enrich the catalogue of cases of use (standard, métier) on the basis of recueillis, d'analyse et de la formalization des besoins métiers
• Guarantee the successful adoption of the solution by organizing workshops, demonstrations, user tests and implementing communication / training / good practices supports.
• Gérer le support technique et fonctionnel en lien avec les équipes dédiées
• Animer la communauté d'utilisateurs
• Contribuer avec le Product Owner à la relation éditeur
• Faire de la veille technologique sur le produit

Requirements

• Une formation supérieure en informatique type HES, Bachelor, Master, EPFL, ...
• Deux ans d'expérience minimum sur une mission IT, un projet métier avec une dimension technologique forte
• Des connaissances technico-fonctionnelles approfondies des produits Microsoft365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Power Platform, Copilot...)
• Une compréhension des principes de l'intelligence artificielle et des modèles de langage
• An analytical capacity developed to identify the specific needs of the professions and to provide appropriate solutions
• Un sens relationnel aiguisé
• Des compétences rédactionnelles
• Une sensibilité au change management et notamment à la méthodologie Prosci (ADKAR) appliquée dans notre organization
• Une maitrise des langues : Français : courant, Allemand : courant, Anglais : minimum B2
