Business Analyst (h/f/x)
Vaudoise is looking for a Business Analyst (h/f/x) for the Division Solutions Functions Corporate to support the implementation of Microsoft365 Copilot in the company. The successful candidate will work 80-100% on this project and will be responsible for solving Microsoft365 issues and communicating with users.

Tasks
- Accompanying the deployment of Microsoft365 Copilot in the company in cooperation with the product owner, the technical / legal / data teams
- Expansion of the catalog of use cases (standard, specialist area) on the basis of collections, analyses and formalizations of specialist area requirements
- Ensuring long-term adoption of the solution by organizing workshops, demonstrations, user tests, creation of communication / training materials / best practices
- Technical and specialist support in collaboration with the responsible teams
- Animation of the user community
- Contribution to the relationship to the publisher with the product owner
- Technological monitoring of the product
Requirements
- A university degree in computer science, e.g. HES, Bachelor, Master, EPFL, ...
- At least two years of experience in an IT project or a departmental project with a strong technological focus
- In-depth technical-functional knowledge of Microsoft365 products (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Power Platform, Copilot...)
- Deep understanding of the principles of artificial intelligence and language models
- Analytical skills to identify specific requirements of the specialist departments and to implement suitable solutions
- Good relationship with people
- Editorial skills
- Sensitivity for change management, especially for the Prosci methodology (ADKAR), which is applied in our organization
- Language skills: French: fluent, German: fluent, English: at least B2

You have a solid understanding of departmental requirements and technologies, which enables you to precisely identify user needs and design suitable solutions. You are structured and methodical, carry out digital projects efficiently and ensure coordination between the business and IT teams. You are proactive and demanding, anticipate risks and adapt to change with agility. Your listening skills, pedagogy and ability to engage in constructive dialog make you a trustworthy partner.
