Business Analyst, IAM Risk & Audit
As a Business Analyst for IAM Risk & Audit at Northern Trust, you will analyze identity and access management data to assess risks and support compliance processes. The position requires at least three years of experience in IAM or risk management, as well as a college degree in a relevant field.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information technology, business, computer science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in access management, IAM, risk management, compliance, or a related field.
- Experience with identity and access management platforms and tools.
- Experience working with control frameworks, audit activities, and compliance processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Salary Range
- $88,863 - $101,155 USD
- The salary range is a projected estimate of base pay.
