Business Analyst, IAM Strategy & Product Management

Tasks

• Support the role of Business Analyst in IAM product development, strategy, and roadmap (50%), as well as ensure successful business requirements, project delivery, and the implementation of IAM solutions.
• Collaborate with IAM Delivery Managers to develop roadmaps for solutions, programs, and projects, and ensure their success.
• Conducting research and analysis, gathering requirements, and performing competitive analyses to gain business insights into how IAM can most effectively support business objectives.
• Support the executive team by leading, presenting, and/or fully developing strategic business cases for development and/or roadmap selection.
• Development and/or refinement of processes, workflows, and infrastructure documentation.
• Conducting research, performing analyses, and developing documentation, including the identification of requirements.
• Conducting analyses and making recommendations to identify future trends and product gaps.
• Defining business requirements for the IAM platform, the platform implementation, and related extensions.
• Other tasks based on business requirements.
• Support in providing business use cases, benchmarks, and requirements.
• Collaboration with engineering and delivery teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Supporting team members, including analyzing systems, identifying points of failure, and assessing potential interactive accuracy.
• Support for troubleshooting and identifying opportunities for improvement across IAM solutions.
• Providing technical implementation expertise (e.g., project execution, QA, and security integration).
• Conduct data management and analyze business needs to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Monitoring of the operational infrastructure and SLA compliance to ensure SLA compliance and mitigate material risks.
• Ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of the analyzed business data records.
• Supporting financial reporting through data analysis, trend analysis, and business coaching.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, cybersecurity, computer science, IT, or a related field.
• 7 years of experience in business analysis, product management, consulting, cyber owner, or a similar field.
• Strong knowledge of the concepts and practices of Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Familiarity with documenting policies and requirements.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with in-depth knowledge of project management.
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint and Excel.
