Business Analyst, IAM Strategy & Product Management
Northern Trust is seeking a Business Analyst for IAM Strategy and Product Management with 1–5 years of experience to manage client relationships and develop data-driven strategies to increase revenue. This full-time position requires a master’s degree and offers a salary between $85,000 and $110,000.
Tasks
- Support for key clients and strategic accounts: Build relationships with key client teams, including the CPO, to increase buy-in at the account level for using customer service insights to identify and address customer and marketing opportunities.
- Management of D&B Data Analytics: Development of customer service analytics dashboards to track and measure account-specific KPIs such as revenue, profit, and NPS.
- Supporting the Customer and Marketing Strategy: Assisting relationship managers in developing account strategies, providing customer insights and guidelines to drive revenue growth.
- Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to cross-functional relationships within the company. Coordinate multiple work streams and provide support for the planning, implementation, and delivery of projects across the entire company.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate complex topics to a variety of audiences.
- Data Integrity and Quality Control: Verifying data before it is entered into the system to ensure accuracy and consistency. Ensuring that data entry procedures are followed.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collecting corporate data related to business operations to identify opportunities for improvement. Working closely with the analytics and research teams to assess data needs and develop a data strategy. Monitoring business metrics, risk metrics, usage insights, and automated performance trends. Supporting functional reporting, digital reporting, and innovative capabilities.
Requirements
- Master's degree in business administration, information technology, computer science, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in business analytics, product management, consulting, or other areas of IAM (Identity & Access Management).
- A comprehensive understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts and practices.
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven technical proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint and Excel.
