Job description

• Optimize processes and identify potential for improvement in order to create efficient and sustainable solutions together with the specialist departments.
• Translate complex business requirements from risk, fraud and finance into clear epics, features and user stories so that the agile teams can work in a focused and goal-oriented manner.

Requirements

• University degree in economics, business informatics, finance or risk management
• Several years of experience as a business analyst in the financial services sector, ideally with a focus on risk or fraud
• Promote knowledge of agile methods such as SAFE, Scrum or Kanban
• Experience in dealing with KPIs, data analytics and reporting tools
• German at native speaker level and business fluent in written and spoken English
