Business Analyst

Business Analyst in Zurich, Operations & IT, Full-time.

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between business partners and technical teams to ensure that requirements are clearly defined, documented, and successfully implemented.

Tasks

• Conduct a preliminary project analysis and break down initiatives into functional streams
• Gather and document stakeholders' business requirements
• Create clear and structured business specifications
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams
• Coordinate implementation activities with development teams to ensure alignment
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive test cases
• Actively participate in release cycles and collaborate with test management teams on project or feature testing campaigns
• Prepare regular project reports, including progress tracking and risk identification

Requirements

• Proven experience as a business analyst or in a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, team-oriented, and communicative personality
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
