Business Analyst Microsoft 365 (m/f/x)

Vaudoise is looking for a Microsoft 365 Business Analyst who will focus on SaaS Workplace & Ways of Working Microsoft 365 solutions and act as an interface between the Product Owner and the Solutions Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and functional expertise in Microsoft 365 and at least five years of experience in this field.

mission

The Microsoft 365 Business Analyst will be dedicated to all Microsoft 365 SaaS Workplace & Ways of Working solutions for employees. He/she will be a key player between the Product Owner and the Solutions Manager.

Tasks

The main tasks are:
  • Identify, collect, analyze business needs and prioritize them with the Product Owner
  • Contribute to identifying solutions and necessary configurations
  • Pilot integration tests for validation by defining acceptance criteria, drafting test plans, and coordinating the resolution of anomalies.
  • Support users through the changes brought about in collaboration with the dedicated teams.
  • Contribute to the governance of deployed solutions/features

Profile

The ideal candidate has:
  • A higher education degree in computer science
  • Strong technical and functional expertise in Microsoft 365 solutions
  • Minimum of five years' experience with Microsoft 365 technologies
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent command of agile methodologies, ITIL processes, modeling methods
  • A keen sense of interpersonal skills
  • Writing skills
  • Sensitivity to change management and, in particular, to the ProscI (ADKAR) methodology
  • Perfect command of French: spoken and written, and command of English: minimum level B2
