• Identify, collect, analyze business needs (through interviews, workshops, surveys, observations, etc.) and prioritize them with the Product Owner.
• Contribute to identifying solutions and necessary configurations (translate requirements/developments into technical and functional solutions, draft specifications, identify and address functional, technical, legal, business, security, and organizational dependencies, etc.).
• Pilot integration tests for validation by defining acceptance criteria, drafting test plans, and coordinating the resolution of anomalies.
• Support users through the changes in collaboration with dedicated teams (support, change manager, business representative, training, etc.).
• Contribute to the governance of deployed solutions/features

Profile

• A higher education degree in computer science, such as a HES, Bachelor's, Master's, EPFL, etc.
• Strong technical and functional expertise in Microsoft 365 solutions (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Outlook, Power Platform, Copilot, etc.)
• At least five years of experience with Microsoft 365 technologies in the context of IT assignments/projects, business projects with a strong technological and transformational dimension.
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent command of agile methodologies, ITIL processes, modeling methods (BPMN, UML, user stories)
• A keen sense of interpersonal skills
• Writing skills
• Sensitivity to change management and, in particular, to the Prosc methodology (ADKAR) applied in our organization
• Perfect command of French: spoken and written, and command of English: minimum level B2. German is a plus.
