Your tasks

• Conception and specification for application development
• Creation of requirements analyses and business cases independently and/or in collaboration with the project manager
• Business analysis in cooperation with the internal and external departments involved and description of the business specification for the projects to be assigned
• Assumption of (partial) project management and active participation in important projects within the bank
• Meeting the needs and requirements of the company's stakeholders, such as customers, top management, business experts and suppliers
• Actively collecting input from all internal organizational units and ensuring a clean and clear business specification tailored to the requirements

Your profile

• Basic commercial training - preferably in the financial sector - as well as further training at Bachelor level (e.g. in business administration, banking or finance) and/or further training in project management (IPMA certification at least level D)
• Ideally several years of experience in a comparable function in the financial sector
• Very good communication skills, strong customer and service orientation as well as good introductory and perseverance skills
• Very good analytical skills and expertise in project planning/management
• Efficient, independent and autonomous way of working
