Business Analyst Payment Operations (f/m/d)

Job description

Your tasks

• Analyzing, creating, supporting, and testing requirements for various payment projects in the Finnova processing application
• Responsible for the technical operation of the applications, including action in the event of a malfunction
• Creating database evaluations, analyzing optimization potential (e.g., processes/STP rates)
• Supporting the specialist company and sales department with questions and problems
• You will work closely with various stakeholders such as product management, subject matter experts, external suppliers, IT architecture, and developers.

Your profile

• University or technical college degree or equivalent professional experience
• Experience as a business engineer, preferably in payment transactions
• Knowledge of agile project management methods (e.g., Scrum, SAFe)
• Affinity for technically abstract topics such as big data or application interfaces
• Good knowledge of German (B2-C2)
