Business Analyst - Payments

Your tasks

• You act as a technical and functional expert for Swiss and international payments (SIC/SWIFT) and for interbank messages (ISO20022)
• You are responsible for the design and introduction of digital solutions in the area of payment transactions (eLounge, eBill, bLink, EBICS, Safewatch etc.).
• You support the specialist departments in the formulation of business requirements
• You create high-quality specifications within the given deadlines
• You identify all stakeholders (users, managers, regulatory authorities, etc.) and dependencies
• You develop proposals for the implementation of solutions in coordination with IT to ensure that the proposed solution meets the business and technical requirements
• You will be responsible for supporting the test coordinators and testers in the creation of test scripts, monitoring user tests and providing support and user training to ensure a smooth transition from project mode

Requirements

• You have a degree in economics (business informatics or business administration)
• You have at least five years of professional experience in the banking environment (preferably in the area of payment transactions)
• Ideally you are familiar with Avaloq
• You have knowledge and experience in project management and business requirements management
• Strong analytical thinking skills and a willingness to take on responsibility are among your strengths
• You are a person with negotiating skills, assertiveness and a confident manner
• You are used to working independently and show a high level of commitment and motivation
• We expect very good knowledge of German and English, French is a great advantage and other languages are welcome
