Tasks

• You support the specialist departments in the formulation of business requirements
• You create high-quality specifications within the given deadlines
• You identify all stakeholders (users, managers, regulatory authorities, etc.) and dependencies
• You develop proposals for the implementation of solutions in coordination with IT to ensure that the proposed solution meets the business and technical requirements
• You will be responsible for supporting the test coordinators and testers in the preparation of the test through-books, accompanying the user tests and providing support and user training to ensure a smooth transition from project mode
