Business Analyst & Project Manager with the focus on AI Governance - Compliance Analytics & Transformation 100% (m/f/d)Tasks
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential risks associated with AI use
- Stay up to date on the latest AI regulations, ensuring company adherence
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. product managers, engineers, data scientists) to integrate AI governance into project development and deployment
- Conduct trainings to educate employees on safe and responsible use of AI
- Monitor and enforce compliance with AI policies and procedures
- Establish metrics to track and measure the effectiveness of AI governance initiatives
- Partner with external stakeholders (e.g. regulators, industry groups) on AI governance topics
- Communicate AI governance concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent (preferably in management and informatics, business administration, finance or any other related field)
- Banking experience with focus on Compliance, Risk Management and Legal
- Proficient user of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
- Familiarity with data science and/or machine learning concepts, experience in implementing AI use
