Job description

Tasks

• Lead and support the design and implementation of AI governance frameworks, including policies, standards and best practices
• Conducting risk assessments and identifying potential risks associated with the use of AI
• Updating the latest AI regulations to ensure compliance by the company
• Work with internal stakeholders (e.g. product managers, engineers, data scientists) to integrate AI governance into project development and delivery
• Conducting training to educate employees on the safe and responsible use of AI
• Monitoring and enforcing compliance with AI policies and procedures
• Establishing metrics to track and measure the effectiveness of AI governance initiatives
• Cooperation with external interest groups (e.g. regulatory authorities, industry groups) on AI governance topics
• Communicating AI governance concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent (preferably in management and information technology, business administration, finance or a related field)
• Banking experience with a focus on compliance, risk management and law
• Confident use of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
• Familiarity with data management and risk management
• Familiarity with data science and/or machine learning concepts; experience in implementing AI applications
