Tasks
- Activités d'analyse :
- Identify, collect and structure the needs of the professions with regard to the issues of the fight against fraud, regulatory compliance and the general SI
- Translate these needs into functional requirements and clear techniques, taking into account SI and regulatory constraints
- Collaborate with the technical teams and architects to ensure the coherence of the proposed solutions
- Suivre les risques opérationnels et les défaillances des applications
- Conseiller les parties prenantes sur les alternatives métiers applicatifs.
- Activités de gestion et de coordination :
- Animer les ateliers de cadrage avec les parties prenantes internes (lutte contre la fraude, sécurité, conformité, etc.) et externes (fournisseurs, partenaires)
- Faciliter la communication entre les métiers (product owners, référents processus et données), les équipes projets et les équipes techniques
- Participate in functional and non-regression tests (API microservices, cloud computing) and guarantee the coverage of sensitive requirements
- Contribute to documentary governance (traçabilité, conformité, reporting, follow-up of audit recommendations)
Requirements
- Une expérience d'un minimum 5 ans en tant que Business Analyst, avec une orientation technique et idéalement dans le domaine assurantiel
- Higher professional education (EPP, HES, HEC, UNI or other equivalent qualification) in computer science or a technical field with analytical skills
- A good knowledge and understanding of the professional and regulatory processes in the Swiss insurance and financial sector (internal insurance, FINMA directives, LDP, RGPD, etc.)
- A wealth of experience in business analysis, solution integration, project management and collaboration with realization teams (product owners, scrum masters, business analysts, developers, testers) and/or topics related to fraud in insurance, regulatory confidentiality and security of the SI
- A good understanding of the global IT architecture, data security issues, access and data protection (RGPD, etc.)
- Une très bonne maîtrise de l'outil Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) et/ou des enjeux clés du Cloud et des compétences agiles (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) ainsi qu'une très bonne connaissance des méthodologies agiles
- Langue maternelle française, maîtrise du français (oral et écrit, niveau B2 minimum), la connaissance de l'allemand serait un réel atout
