Tasks

• Activités d'analyse :
• Identify, collect and structure the needs of the professions with regard to the issues of combating fraud, regulatory compliance and security of the SI
• Translate these needs into functional requirements and clear techniques, taking into account SI and regulatory constraints
• Collaborate with the technical teams and architects to ensure the coherence of the proposed solutions
• Support the operational teams and trades in their development plans
• Conseiller les parties prenantes sur les alternatives métiers applicatifs
• Activités de gestion et de coordination :
• Organize cadrage workshops with the parties involved internally (fight against fraud, safety, conformity, etc.) and externally (suppliers, partners)
• Faciliter la communication entre les métiers (product owners, référents processus et données), les équipes projets et les équipes techniques
• Participate in functional tests and API development (microservices, cloud computing) to ensure that sensitive requirements are met
• Contribute to documentary governance (traçabilité, conformité, reporting, follow-up of audit recommendations)

Requirements

• Une expérience d'un minimum 5 ans en tant que Business Analyst, avec une orientation technique et idéalement dans le domaine assurantiel
• Higher professional education (EPP, HES, HE, CEC, UNU or other equivalent qualification) in computer science or a technical field with computer science skills
• A good knowledge and understanding of the professional and regulatory processes in the Swiss insurance and financial sector (internal insurance, FINMA directives, LDP, RGPD, etc.)
• An advanced polyvalent experience in business analysis, integration of solutions, project management and collaboration with realization teams (product owners, scrum masters, business analysts, developers, testers) on topics related to fraud in assurance, regulatory compliance and security of the SI
• An understanding of the global IT architecture, the issues of data security, access and protection of personal data via cloud solutions and the key issues of cloud computing (agility, scalability, etc.)
• Une très bonne maitrise de l'outil Atlassian (jira, Confluence) et/ou à une très bonne connaissance des méthodologies agiles (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Langue maternelle française, maitrise du français (oral et écrit, niveau B2 minimum), la connaissance de l'allemand serait un réel atout
