Tasks
- Analyzing business processes, identifying potential for improvement, and designing solutions to enhance business performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, define scope and ensure project deliverables meet business needs
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Business analysis and requirements gathering
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, analyze and document business requirements for structured products to ensure strategic alignment with organizational objectives
- Analyzing existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies and proposing innovative solutions to optimize operations and drive improvements
- API integration and management
- Design and implementation of scalable integration solutions with multi-issuer platforms to enhance the API ecosystem and support business growth
- Creation of end-to-end solution documents, implementation plans, coordination with architects and subject matter experts in the creation of strategic solutions
- Regulatory responsibilities and/or risk management
- Demonstrate appropriate values and behaviors, including but not limited to standards of honesty and integrity, care and diligence, fair treatment (fair treatment of clients), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, appropriate risk management and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Requirements
- Professional and technical requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a business analyst role or similar function
- Solid understanding of structured products and trading processes; understanding of OTC products and processes is an advantage
- Willingness to work towards team goals
- Collaborate with an agile development team to refine and prioritize features and stories
- Very good verbal and written communication skills

- Approximately $16,576 per month
