Business Analyst - Structured Product

Tasks

The position as Business Analyst - Structured Product includes the following tasks:

• Analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance business performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, define scope, and ensure project deliverables meet business needs
• Bridging business needs and technology solutions in the trading environment, with a focus on developing API-based solutions, trading system enhancements, and end-to-end workflow integration

Requirements

The following requirements apply to this position:

• 7+ years of experience in a business analysis or equivalent role
• Strong understanding of structured products and trading workflows, including OTC products and workflows in the financial industry
• Willingness to go above and beyond to support team goals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Business analysis and requirements gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for structured products.
• API integration and management: Develop and implement scalable integration solutions with multi-issuer platforms to enhance our API ecosystem and support business growth.
• Regulatory responsibilities and risk management: Demonstrating appropriate values and behaviors, including but not limited to standards of honesty and integrity, care and diligence, fair dealing with customers, conflict management, competence and continuous development, appropriate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
