Business Analyst

Tasks

• You will support and co-lead strategic and operational projects focused on increasing efficiency, launching new products, and improving processes within the Operations department
• You will drive automation and digitalization projects forward and optimize IT-supported processes
• You use data and reports to support management decisions, and you develop and maintain operational tools in the Operations department

Team

• As an Operations Business Analyst (m/f/x) at the UBS Card Center, you will help optimize our operations and work closely with Operations Management

Experience and Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration or Computer Science (with a focus on data analysis/business intelligence)
• 3–5 years of professional experience in project management or data analysis, with a focus on banking and IT projects
• A strong focus on stakeholder management and the ability to handle complex interface and project management tasks, even in the face of changes and adjustments
• Technical proficiency with tools such as Power BI, Jira, or configuration/consulting tools
• Experience in the operating room environment
• Extensive project management experience, particularly in internal KM projects
• Fluency in foreign languages and technical knowledge
