Business Analyst, Securities/Foreign Exchange Trading

Clientis AG is seeking a business analyst for its securities and foreign exchange trading division to manage applications and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the investment sector. The ideal candidate should have experience in business analysis—particularly in the investment business at a retail bank—and a passion for banking applications and IT solutions.

Your area of responsibility

- You will be responsible for the Stock Exchange, Foreign Exchange, and Money Market modules of the Finnova banking software, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in the investment sector from the user’s perspective (FIDLEG, FINFRA, AIA, Falcra) - You will be responsible for the interfaces between the banks and IT, ensuring that the business models in the investment sector are operated correctly and further developed in accordance with requirements. - You will serve as the point of contact for external service providers as well as internal service providers (e.g., Compliance, Service Management, etc.). - You will maintain professional communication with our client banks and communicate effectively. - You will support the team in drafting requirements specifications, evaluating solution options, and conducting tests. - You will monitor trends and know how to assess and contextualize them in relation to our business model.

What you bring with you

- Experience in business analysis, ideally in connection with the investment business at a retail bank, a passion for projects, and a desire to further develop services for banks - Enthusiasm for and an affinity with banking applications in the areas of investments and retirement planning, as well as the ability to establish connections between banking topics and IT solutions - Enjoyment in interacting with and communicating competently with our customers, employees, and external contacts at various levels - Experience in business analysis and in collaborating on or leading IT projects, along with an independent, solution-oriented, and customer-focused approach to work - Ideally, experience with the Finnova banking system and further education in business informatics - Professional communication and correspondence in German
