Business Analyst (m/f/d)
LGT is seeking a Business Analyst (m/f/d) in Zurich or Lugano who has experience in the financial sector and knowledge of asset management. The successful candidate will be responsible for the continuous improvement of products and processes as well as participation in planning processes.
Your area of responsibility
- Customer Satisfaction & Improvement: Continuous improvement of the product and related processes based on feedback and KPIs.
- P&I SPRINT Planning: Preparing for and participating in annual planning processes (e.g., P&I Planning, Sprint Planning, Refinement) and ensuring that back-office processes are ready and understood.
Your profile
- University degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable field of study
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a business analyst, product owner, or in a similar role in the cash and payment sector of the financial industry
- Practical experience with Avaloq or a comparable core banking platform in an operational or IT environment
