Business Analysts ERP - Product & Policy
La Vaudoise Assurances is seeking an ERP - Product & Policy Business Analyst to assist with the implementation and configuration of its ERP system and work closely with the specialist departments and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience as a business analyst, ideally in the insurance industry, and a higher education qualification in IT or an equivalent field.

Business Analysts ERP - Product & Policy (m/f/d) - 80-100%Tasks
* Prepare and facilitate workshops to gather detailed functional requirements * Translate requirements into technical-functional specifications and define technical solutions * Document/model (UML, BPMN) to facilitate communication and understanding of the systems * Participate in estimating the implementation effort, evaluate and formalize business requirements according to their added value for the company * Accompany and participate in functional and UAT test sessions * Work closely with the PO, developers, and architects to validate and guarantee the quality of deliveriesRequirements
* At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst, ideally in the insurance industry. Certification as a business analyst is an advantage. * Higher vocational training in computer science or an equivalent diploma * Understanding of the entire IT architecture and integration issues (API, microservices, etc.) * Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to conversation partners in order to be the interface in projects * Expertise in ERP solutions (ideally Guidewire) would be highly appreciated * Excellent French (C1) and good English skills (B2)We offer
