Business Analysts ERP - Product & Policy (m/f/d) - 80-100%

Tasks

* Prepare and facilitate workshops to gather detailed functional requirements * Translate requirements into technical-functional specifications and define technical solutions * Document/model (UML, BPMN) to facilitate communication and understanding of the systems * Participate in estimating the implementation effort, evaluate and formalize business requirements according to their added value for the company * Accompany and participate in functional and UAT test sessions * Work closely with the PO, developers, and architects to validate and guarantee the quality of deliveries

Requirements

* At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst, ideally in the insurance industry. Certification as a business analyst is an advantage. * Higher vocational training in computer science or an equivalent diploma * Understanding of the entire IT architecture and integration issues (API, microservices, etc.) * Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to conversation partners in order to be the interface in projects * Expertise in ERP solutions (ideally Guidewire) would be highly appreciated * Excellent French (C1) and good English skills (B2)
