Vaudoise Assurances is looking for a Business Analyst ERP - Product & Policy to assist in the implementation and configuration of its ERP system and to act as an interface between specialist departments and technical teams. - Business Analysts ERP - Product & Policy (h/f/x) - 80-100%
- Hybrid working method in Lausanne, Switzerland

Tasks
- Preparation and management of workshops to record detailed functional requirements
- Translation of requirements into technical-functional specifications and definition of technical solutions
- Documentation / modeling (UML, BPMN) to facilitate communication and understanding of systems
- Participation in the estimation of the implementation effort, evaluation and formalization of business process specifications
- Accompaniment and participation in functional tests and UAT sessions
- Close cooperation with PO, developers and architects to validate and ensure the quality of deliveries
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a business analyst, ideally in the insurance industry
- Certification as a business analyst is a plus
- Vocational training at a higher level, university in computer science or equivalent diploma
- Understanding of global architecture and integration issues (API, microservices, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills and adaptability to interlocutors
- Expertise in ERP solutions (ideally Guidewire) is highly valued
- Excellent knowledge of French (C1) and good knowledge of English (B2)
