Business Analysts ERP - Product & Policy
Vaudoise is looking for a Business Analyst ERP - Product & Policy (80-100%) to work with the business and technical teams to drive digital transformation. The focus will be on analyzing requirements and translating them into technical solutions using Guidewire PolicyCenter.

Tasks
- Prepare and animate the workshops on the capture of detailed functional needs
- Traduire les besoins en spécifications technico-fonctionnelle et définir les solutions techniques dans Guidewire PolicyCenter
- Documenter / modéliser (UML, BPMN) pour faciliter la communication et la compréhension des systèmes
- Participate in the estimation of the realization effort, evaluate and formalize the specifications of the trades according to the added value for the company
- Accompagner et participer aux sessions de tests fonctionnels et UAT
- Collaborate closely with the POs, developers and architects to validate and guarantee the quality of the products
Requirements
- Une expérience d'au minimum 5 ans en tant que Business Analyst, dans un milieu assurantiel. Une certification BA est un atout.
- Higher professional training of the HES or university type in computer science or equivalent diploma
- Compréhension de l'architecture globale IT et des problématiques d'intégration (API, micro services, etc.)
- Excellent communication and ability to adapt to interlocutors in order to be the interface in projects
- Une expertise dans les solutions ERP (Guidewire est indispensable (certification PolicyCenter un plus))
- Excellent niveau de français (C1) nécessaire et maitrise de l'anglais (B2)
