Tasks

• Preparation and management of workshops for recording detailed functional requirements
• Translation of requirements into technical and functional specifications and definition of technical solutions
• Documentation/modeling (UML, BPMN) to facilitate communication and understanding of systems
• Participation in estimating implementation costs, evaluating and formalizing business process specifications according to their added value for the company
• Support and participation in functional tests and UAT sessions
• Close collaboration with PO, developers, and architects to validate and ensure the quality of deliveries

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst, ideally in the insurance industry
• Certification as a business analyst is a plus.
• Higher-level vocational training, university degree in computer science or equivalent diploma
• Understanding of global architecture and integration issues (API, microservices, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to conversation partners
• Expertise in ERP solutions (ideally Guidewire) would be highly appreciated.
• Excellent level of French (C1) and proficiency in English (B2)
