Vaudoise Assurances is seeking a Business Analyst ERP - Product & Policy (80-100%) for the implementation and configuration of its ERP system. The position involves working with various teams to identify and implement the requirements for the system.

Tasks
- Preparation and management of workshops for recording detailed functional requirements
- Translation of requirements into technical and functional specifications and definition of technical solutions
- Documentation/modeling (UML, BPMN) to facilitate communication and understanding of systems
- Participation in estimating implementation costs, evaluating and formalizing business process specifications according to their added value for the company
- Support and participation in functional tests and UAT sessions
- Close collaboration with PO, developers, and architects to validate and ensure the quality of deliveries
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst, ideally in the insurance industry
- Certification as a business analyst is a plus.
- Higher-level vocational training, university degree in computer science or equivalent diploma
- Understanding of global architecture and integration issues (API, microservices, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to conversation partners
- Expertise in ERP solutions (ideally Guidewire) would be highly appreciated.
- Excellent level of French (C1) and proficiency in English (B2)
