Your role
Are you a strategic thinker who can connect business needs with cutting-edge technology? Do you thrive in roles where you can shape digital transformation and deliver measurable business value? We are looking for a Business Architect to join our COO F2BD team and help drive UBS's front-to-back digitization agenda through cloud and AI innovation.
Tasks
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to develop scalable, intelligent solutions that support UBS's operational strategy.
- Architect end-to-end solutions that align with UBS's F2BD strategy and digital operating model.
- Translate business goals into architectural designs that leverage Microsoft Azure and AI capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to embed automation and AI into business processes to improve efficiency, resilience and customer outcomes.
- Ensure architectural compliance with UBS's corporate standards, governance frameworks and risk controls.
- Support the COO F2BD team in delivering digital capabilities that enhance customer experience, data-driven decision making and operational excellence.
Your expertise
- Experience in enterprise or solution architecture.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision making.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles.
- Experience with CDP pipelines, object storage, serverless functions.
- Familiarity with UBS digital platforms.
- A collaborative mindset and a track record of working effectively with business leaders to deliver results.
