Business Compliance Specialist

Your role

Are you risk-averse but risk-aware? Do you specialize in compliance, anti-money laundering, investigations, monitoring, and oversight? In this role, you will:

• Support the business in managing compliance risks
• Identify unusual business relationships and conduct AML investigations (including SAR reports)
• be responsible for ensuring compliance with current legal and regulatory standards
• The management team and customer service representatives provide advice
• Carry out second-line defense activities related to residual risks

Your expertise

• Swiss degree in law or economics
• Ideally, 2–4 years of experience in a similar role
• analytical, with the ability to deliver results
• results-oriented and self-assured
• Strong communicator, team player
• reliable and durable
• Fluent in French, English, and German
