Tasks

- You will assist in the implementation of banking projects across a wide range of topics, from sales to processes and beyond. - You will conduct in-depth analyses and develop concepts, derive relevant insights from them, and present these findings clearly and in a manner tailored to the audience. - You will be responsible for the content and further development of the division and its business areas. - You will actively contribute to the further development of tools and resources for the client-facing team and contribute your own ideas for optimization.

Requirements

• You have completed a banking apprenticeship and possess solid professional expertise in the banking sector; prior completion of a higher-level technical or business education or training program is a plus.
• You have a knack for digital solutions and applications and are familiar with their use as well as our core banking systems.
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills, a professional demeanor, and excellent communication abilities.
• You work in an analytical, structured, and precise manner, both as part of a team and independently, and you are known for your strong sense of initiative and responsibility.
• You have a customer-focused mindset and are willing to help the bank familiarize yourself with new topics and actively contribute to change.
