About the job
We are looking for a candidate with risk management experience to act as a Risk Controls Self-Assessment (RCSA) SME and support the RCSA lifecycle in the Global Delivery and Investment Services CCO organizations. Ideally we are looking for a candidate with experience in Business Operations who is able to effectively challenge the business and can engage with senior management stakeholders. Additional knowledge of business operations is an advantage.Tasks
- Supporting the execution of key RCSAs in the Global Delivery and Investment Services CCO organizations
- Assist in the development of training, communication and awareness programs to promote effective RCSA implementation and create a strong risk management culture
- Confidential handling of issues, early escalation and constructive challenge of RCSA outcomes
- Collaborate with various risk and business partners to promote consistency and efficiency in the RCSA program
- Collaborate with other business risk disciplines to ensure that RCSA is managed in line with the other BRC disciplines
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key functions and business units in which the risk or defense business units operate
- Creating trust by demonstrating credibility and expertise
- Data collection and reporting for regular status reviews, monthly RCSA results reports and weekly status reports
- Continuously develop deep knowledge of our products, processes, financial markets, technology, regulatory obligations and operating model changes; understand the impact on business systems and responsibilities
- Initiative to participate in targeted projects to assess risks and control deficiencies as required
- Lead staff across functions in the execution of RCSA and RCSA-related initiatives
Requirements
- Knowledge of the RCSA requirements
- Experience with Global Delivery/Investment Services CCO business operations
- Experience with the 5Ts risk management framework
- Critical thinking with the ability to solve complex problems
- Experience with Archer application
- Strong attention to detail and ensuring plans are deliverable and sustainable
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Organization in a fast-paced working environment
- Strong time management skills; deadline and detail oriented
- Advanced MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
