Job Description

EFG Bank is seeking a motivated and qualified candidate for our Business Coordination – Life Insurance team in Luxembourg. The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day management of insurance and administrative matters. This position requires a solid understanding of the financial and banking sectors, and experience or knowledge in the field of life insurance is highly desirable.

Tasks

The tasks include:
  • Tracking and processing inquiries from insurance companies and other counterparties
  • Processing new insurance policies and monitoring them on a regular basis
  • Maintaining constant communication between insurance companies and back offices
  • Codification and Analysis of Discretionary Management and Advisory Mandates
  • Daily management of new documents related to the bank's investment operations
  • Preparation, analysis, and completion of audit requests for auditors
  • Participation in intra- and interdepartmental projects aimed at improving tools and procedures, including testing and reporting
  • Initiating measures to improve processes within the Business Coordination and Insurance Team in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborating with various teams to implement best practices and streamline operations

Requirements

The requirements are:
  • Education: At least a bachelor’s degree, ideally in economics or business administration
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the banking, insurance, or financial services sector, preferably in customer service
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of financial products, ideally in private banking
    • Excel proficiency
