Job Description
EFG Bank is seeking a motivated and qualified candidate for our Business Coordination – Life Insurance team in Luxembourg. The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day management of insurance and administrative matters. This position requires a solid understanding of the financial and banking sectors, and experience or knowledge in the field of life insurance is highly desirable.Tasks
The tasks include:- Tracking and processing incoming inquiries from insurance companies and other business partners
- Processing new insurance policies and monitoring them on a regular basis
- Maintaining ongoing communication between insurance companies and back-office departments
- Coding and analysis of discretionary management and advisory mandates
- Daily management of new documents related to the bank's investment operations
- Preparation, analysis, and completion of audit requests for auditors
- Participation in intra- and interdepartmental projects aimed at improving tools and procedures, including testing and reporting
- Initiating measures to improve processes within the Business Coordination and Insurance Team in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborating with various teams to implement best practices and streamline operations
Requirements
The requirements include:- Education: At least a bachelor’s degree, ideally in economics or business administration
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the banking, insurance, or financial services sector, preferably in customer service
- Skills: Strong knowledge of financial products, ideally in the area of private banking
- Excel proficiency
