Tasks

• Joined the Financial Engineering Team in the Front Office as part of the digital sales operations.
• Focus on LYNX Solutions, which enables customers to create their own structured products online.
• Proactive customer consultation, providing support for both onboarding and post-sale activities.
• Close collaboration with various financial institutions, regulatory authorities, and stakeholders.
• An understanding of the relationships and technology (front to back) that drive the Swiss market.
• Working directly with customers (both on-site and remotely).

Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, information systems, computer science, or a related field.
• A proven track record in onboarding and customer service.
• Strong knowledge of vanilla options (calls, puts, payoff diagrams, risks, etc.).
• Experience with C++, R, Python, or VBA is preferred; familiarity with AI is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• A problem-solving mindset, team spirit, and curiosity about markets.
• Strong knowledge of Python and JSON (or a willingness to learn).
• A good understanding of the Swiss market and its key players.
• A basic understanding of finance, banking standards, or technology is helpful but not required.

Job Details

• Location: Zurich, Switzerland (hybrid—3 days in the office).
• Salary: CHF 90,000–110,000 (depending on experience).
• Reporting Line: Manager - Financial Engineering.
• Onboarding process: Week 1 for account setup and general training; Weeks 2–3 for shadowing senior team members; starting in Week 4, handling support tickets under supervision.
• Technology stack: Primarily standard libraries, but also specific internal libraries for data processing. Familiarity with Pandas and NumPy is a plus.
