Tasks
- Identification and development of service-based and technology-enabled solutions for business problems and/or process optimization
- Analysis of CRM data to identify customer insights and potential for improvement
- Design and implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Utilizing the company's technology resources to identify potential opportunities in asset management areas
- Acting as a knowledge hub and providing insights to ensure all stakeholders are connected
- Building and managing successful relationships with investment professionals
- Collaborate with other corporate services teams to solve problems and influence the roadmap
- Collecting and analyzing performance metrics and data from investment professionals
Requirements
- Team player with the ability to work with many and diverse stakeholders
- Excellent listening and presentation skills
- Promoting the latest digital innovations
- Proactive person with a lot of initiative
- High level of English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of the investment banking and asset management industry is highly valued
- Desirable: Experience in CRM, data visualization tools such as Power BI, and Microsoft tools
