Tasks

• Development and evaluation of solution approaches, taking into account economic efficiency, quality and risks
• Active participation in the implementation, testing and introduction
• Organization, moderation and implementation of workshops with the relevant stakeholders
• Close collaboration with other business engineers, product management, business specialists, IT architecture and developers

Requirements

• University or university of applied sciences degree (Business Administration / Banking & Finance / Business Engineering / Natural Sciences)
• Several years of experience in business engineering at a financial services provider
• Experience in agile procedures (e.g. SAFe, Scrum) and certification in business engineering (e.g. IPMA) and/or project management (e.g. IPMA) an advantage
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills and a high affinity for IT
• Raff's perceptiveness and willingness to work on a wide range of technical topics
• Completed team player with a high degree of independence, perseverance and commitment
• Very good oral and written expression in German
