Business Engineer, Billing & Payments (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Responsibility for the further development and implementation of digitalization and automation in our services and solutions
• Supporting projects from conception through to successful implementation
• Drive innovative projects across the entire billing and payments landscape (topics such as Instant Payment, SIC, SWIFT, TWINT, eBill, and other forward-looking technologies)
• Shaping the Future of Payments by Modernizing Application Modules and Laying the Groundwork for Future-Proof Solutions
• Responsibility for Order Changes
• Conducting analyses and developing solutions
• Presentation to expert and leadership committees

Requirements

• A college degree in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, ideally with additional training in project or portfolio management
• At least 3 years of experience in business engineering in a general IT environment (e.g., SAFe)
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Analytical, strategic, and networked thinking
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and complex stakeholder management
• Very good knowledge of German
