Business Engineer Controlling (f/m/d) 80% - 100% | IT / Business Engineering, Accounting / Controlling | Zurich | Experienced Professional

Tasks

• Analysis and precise specification of technical requirements as well as close monitoring of implementation in close cooperation with the product owner, other business engineers, IT specialists and IT architects and developers
• Active participation in the implementation, testing and introduction of new solutions
• You enrich our team and the cooperation with the specialist departments with your ideas and impulses

Requirements

• Completed university or university of applied sciences degree, e.g. in business administration, banking & finance, business engineering, (business) informatics or a comparable field of study
• At least 5 years of experience in business or requirement engineering or business analysis, ideally in a bank with a focus on controlling or revenue accounting
• In-depth understanding of banking products, services and their revenue structures
• Experience with agile methods (e.g. SAFe, Scrum) and certifications in business engineering (e.g. IREB) and/or project management (e.g. IPMA) are a plus
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, combined with a high affinity for IT (profound knowledge of database query and analysis skills), quick comprehension and sound judgment
• Very good oral and written German language skills
