Business Engineer for CRM Solutions (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Features and Stores, together with the Product Owner and the Agile Team
• Creating feature documentation and specifications, as well as the necessary tests, as part of the Agile delivery process
• Participation, as specified in the scope of work, in the further development of the sales platform
• Support in the design and development of the sales platform, with a focus on channels and applications. In doing so, you’ll simplify the day-to-day work of our sales staff—both in sales and in the customer segment—while always keeping user and customer support at the forefront.
• As part of the "Innovation" DevOps team, you'll help drive the further development of CRM software as a SaaS solution
• Are you dedicated, versatile, and do you enjoy working in an environment where you can take complex challenges to the next level with creativity and structure?

Your profile

• A bachelor's or master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field
• At least 5 years of experience as a business engineer—ideally in the CRM field
• A strong technical understanding, as well as excellent analytical and business skills, combined with a strong affinity for IT
• Experience in agile projects, ideally with certification in business engineering (e.g., IREB)
• Knowledge of BSI CRM and artificial intelligence is a plus, but not a requirement
• Enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary teams and achieving goals together
• The ability to work independently and to take on and drive tasks forward on one's own initiative and reliably
• Excellent written and spoken German; knowledge of English is a plus
