Your tasks

• Capturing, defining, and implementing process automation
• Defining and executing test cases
• Organizing, moderating, and conducting workshops

Your profile

• Degree in business informatics, business administration, business analysis/engineering (university, university of applied sciences, higher technical college)
• Several years of experience as a business engineer/analyst, preferably in a bank and ideally in the field of finance
• Knowledge of agile project management methods (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills for analyzing complex relationships and dependencies
• Distinctive and empathetic personality with team player qualities, a high degree of independence, and strong self-motivation
• Positive attitude and solution-oriented, straightforward manner
• Enjoy working with colleagues from other departments (IT, product management, sales, etc.)
• Very good oral and written expression in German
