Business Engineer for Digital Transformation in the Plant Engineering Business (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Organizing, facilitating, and conducting requirements workshops with the relevant stakeholders
• Contribute to the technical design and specification of epics, features, and stories for IT development
• Continuously identify and track improvement strategies, innovations, the latest concepts, and IT trends in order to implement them in collaboration with our IT department

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business administration or business informatics
• At least five years of experience in data analysis and information processing projects involving requirements development
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and specific requirements in the investment business is an asset
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills, as well as methodological expertise in agile project implementation (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban), are a plus (prototyping, BPMN, UX design, user story writing, use case modeling)
• Knowledge of agile data modeling (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) is a plus
• Creativity, Innovation, Prototyping, BPMN, UX Design, User Story Writing, Use Case Modeling
• Creativity, Project Management
