Business Engineer Digitalization Plant Business (f/m/d)

Tasks

• Creation of prototypes taking into account customer journey and user experience approaches
• Actively support change requests from inception to implementation - you are a guarantor for end-to-end implementation and carry out the necessary tests and training measures
• Interface functions in the organization between specialist departments (e.g. product management, sales, legal department, interaction designer) and IT - Ensuring comprehensive coordination and communication

Requirements

• Completed studies in the field of computer science, business administration or business informatics
• At least five years of experience in project business - preferably in the investment business at financial institutions, knowledge of regulatory requirements in the banking sector is an advantage
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills as well as methodological skills, e.g. GUI prototyping, BPMN, UX design, user story writing, use case modeling etc.
• Knowledge of agile project management tools (SAFe, SCRUM, Kanban) is an advantage
• High level of personal responsibility, flexibility and entrepreneurial thinking and action
• Winning and confident appearance and eloquent communication in German
• Strong service orientation, macher qualities, willingness to learn and ability to work in a team
