Business Engineer, Financial Crime Compliance (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Strategic management and further development of applications and processes in the area of financial crime compliance, with a focus on sanctions monitoring in payment transactions
• Support in implementing regulatory and internal requirements, as well as documentation backed by appropriate test evidence
• Actively monitoring regulatory and technological developments and translating them into concrete roadmaps and projects

Your profile

• College degree (university or university of applied sciences) in business informatics, computer science, or related fields
• At least 4 years of professional experience in banking, ideally in the field of financial crime compliance
• Extensive project experience in payment processing
• Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions in the regulatory environment (including specific project initiatives)
• Relevant experience in dealing with regulatory requirements (e.g., anti-money laundering, anti-fraud, data protection)
• In-depth technical understanding of IT systems, data analysis, and digital solutions (architecture and design proposals, including how to develop them yourself)
• You are a team player with a strong commitment to quality and are ready to take on responsibility
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
