Tasks

• Design and implementation of the redesign of portfolio management in the area of financing as an expert and central contact person
• Analysis and identification of requirements and derivation of concrete measures
• Planning, moderating, and conducting requirements workshops with relevant stakeholders
• Ensuring the implementation of requirements and carrying out tests and training measures
• Assumption of a central interface function between specialist departments (e.g., product management, sales, accounting, processing) and IT
• Ensuring smooth coordination and communication between all departments involved

Requirements

• Completed degree in computer science, natural sciences, business administration, or business informatics
• At least 5 years of experience as a business engineer - Knowledge of the financing business is an advantage
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills as well as methodological expertise
• Knowledge of agile project implementation (SAFe, SCRUM, Kanban)
• High level of personal responsibility, flexibility and entrepreneurial thinking and action
• Confident and assured manner, as well as eloquent communication in German and English
• Strong service orientation, can-do attitude, and willingness to learn, with excellent teamwork skills
